Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You own the content you create with BeautifyAI — your text, photos and customisations. You grant BeautifyAI a limited licence to process, render, store and deliver your invitation solely to fulfil your order.

You confirm that any photographs, music or text you upload are yours to use, or that you hold the necessary rights. You are responsible for the content of your invitations and must not include material that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

BeautifyAI templates, backgrounds, decorative elements and designs are the original work of BeautifyAI and its designers. Purchasing an invitation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the rendered output for your event — not to the template itself.

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our templates or designs, or use them to create competing products.

Music in our library is cleared for commercial and template reuse, with recorded source, creator, licence type and permitted usage. When you upload your own audio, you must declare you hold the rights to it and accept responsibility for its use.

Prices are shown in INR and are payable at checkout through our payment provider. Payment must be verified before any download, render or publication is unlocked. We do not unlock paid content based on a frontend success callback alone.

Coupons and promotional pricing may be offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices may change — the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Image invitations are exported after verified payment. Video invitations are queued to a render worker; you may download only once the render is validated as complete. Invitation websites are published to a unique link you may share.

A paid invitation keeps an immutable snapshot of what you purchased. Later edits do not silently change an already-delivered file without appropriate version handling.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, abuse rate limits, scrape or reverse-engineer our platform, or upload malicious or unsafe files. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

BeautifyAI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our liability for any single invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
