Account data: name, email address and authentication details when you register or sign in.

Invitation content: the text, dates, venues, photographs and music you add to your invitations.

RSVP data: names, responses and messages submitted by guests on your published invitation websites.

Payment metadata: order references and status. We do not store your full card details — payment is handled by our payment provider.

Usage data: pages visited and basic analytics to improve the service.

To create, render and deliver your invitations; to process payments and grant entitlements; to show you RSVP responses; to provide support; and to improve our templates and service.

Your invitations, drafts and downloads are private to you. Only you and authorised BeautifyAI administrators can access them. Guest RSVP responses are private and visible only to the invitation owner and our admins — not to other guests or the public.

Published invitation websites expose only the information you choose to publish. Private files (uploads, rendered output) are stored in protected storage and delivered through signed links.

We use row-level security on our database, private storage for customer uploads and purchased files, signed download URLs, server-side verification of payments and webhooks, and input validation on uploads. Sensitive secrets are never exposed to the browser.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Draft invitations may be retained so you can return to them. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, subject to legal or record-keeping obligations (such as payment records).

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond within a reasonable period.

BeautifyAI is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email.
